titleOfInvention Organic electroluminescent device and method for preparing organic electroluminescent device
abstract An organic electroluminescent device and a method for preparing the organic electroluminescent device. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate (1). Pixel separating walls (4) are arranged on the substrate (1). The pixel separating walls (4) are formed by stacking at least two organic material separating layers (4A1, 4B1), and the wettability of the adjacent organic material separating layers (4A1, 4B1) is different. The method for preparing an organic electroluminescent device comprises: depositing a bottom electrode (3) and patterning same; preparing two layers or multiple layers of pixel separating walls (4); depositing a preparation functional layer (5); and depositing a cathode (6), a protective layer (7) and a packaging layer (8) in sequence. The pixel separating walls (4) of the organic electroluminescent device are formed by stacking at least two layers of organic material separating layers (4A1, 4B1), and the wettability of the adjacent organic material separating layers (4A1, 4B1) is different, so as to ensure that a functional thin film with a uniform film thickness is formed after ink droplets printed to a pixel region dry. The adhesive force between the organic material separating layers (4A1, 4B1) is generally stronger, thereby guaranteeing that the performance of a device is good.
