abstract | The present invention enables tooth restoration of a high esthetic quality because tooth restoration can be performed with good color compatibility and little reduction in brightness. In particular, the characteristic structure of dentin can be reproduced even in a prepared cavity through which background color is visible. The dental filling and restorative material kit is characterized by the following: comprising (A) a polymerizable composition for a dentin restorative material used to restore the dentin portion and (B) a polymerizable composition for an enamel restorative material layered over the dentin restorative material; the color of (A) the polymerizable composition for a dentin restorative material and (B) the polymerizable composition for an enamel restorative material is different; and the difference (n D n a - n D n b ) between the refractive index n D n a of (a) the polymer of the polymerizable monomer in (A) the composition for a dentin restorative material and the refractive index n D n b of (b) the polymer of the polymerizable monomer in (B) the polymerizable composition for an enamel restorative material is 0.005 or greater. |
