abstract The present invention relates to a camera and, more particularly, to a broadband communication network access type camera capable of remotely receiving an image of a specific place in a broadband communication network access scheme. The camera according to the present invention comprises: a camera module for photographing an area to be photographed; a control module for controlling the camera module; a router for performing broadband communication between the control module and the outside; and a power supply unit for applying power to the control module. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a broadband communication network access type camera capable of acquiring an image of a desired place regardless of the distance between the camera and a remote place by performing communication through a broadband communication network.
