titleOfInvention | Nucleic acid element candidate molecule and method for screening nucleic acid elements for target analysis using same |
abstract | Provided are: a nucleic acid element candidate molecule used in the screening of nucleic acid elements for target analysis; and a new screening method for nucleic acid elements for target analysis using the nucleic acid element candidate molecule. The candidate molecule is for screening nucleic acid elements for target analysis, and is characterized by being a single-chain nucleic acid in the belowmentioned (I): (I) A single-chain nucleic acid such that a catalytic sequence (D), a blocking sequence (B), and a binding sequence (A) that binds to a target are joined in the given order, the blocking sequence (B) complements a partial region (Dp) in the catalytic sequence (D), and the terminal region (Ab) at the blocking sequence (B) side of the binding sequence (A) complements a neighboring region (Df) of the partial region (Dp) in the catalytic sequence (D), and complements the terminal region (Af) at the reverse side from the blocking sequence (B) side of the binding sequence (A). |
