abstract | Provided are a transparent conduct ive film having sufficient invisibility of a pattern and high adherence between a base material which is a high-polymer film and an optical adjustment layer as well as between the optical adjustment layer and a transparent conduct ive membrane which is a metal oxide, and a touch panel and a display device provided with the transparent conductive film. The transparent conductive film is formed by laminating an undercoat layer and the transparent conduct ive membrane in order on one surface of a transparent base material, where in the undercoat layer is such that: the refractive index, within the range 1.5 to 2.0, is higher than that of the transparent base material and lower than that of the transparent conductive membrane; assuming the whole of the composition to be 100 wt.%, the content of a high-refractive-index material is 40 wt.% or less; the content by percentage of carbon atoms X (C30)(%) and the content by percentage of silicon atoms X (Si30) (%), in a range within 30 nm in the depth direction from the transparent con ductive membrane, satisfy the relationship X (Si30) / X (C30) ≥ 0.28; and the content by percentage of carb on atoms X (C40)(%) and the content by percentage of silicon atoms X (Si40) (%), in a range of at least 40 nm in the depth direction from the transparent con ductive membrane, satisfy the relationship X (Si40) / X (C40) ≤ 0.23. |
