The present invention pertains to an optically active poly(diphenylacetylene) compound represented by formula (I) (the symbols in the formula are as indicated in the description), a preparation method therefor, an optical isomer separating agent comprising said poly(diphenylacetylene) compound, and a chiral column filling material formed by coating a carrier with said optical isomer separating agent. With the present invention, it is possible to provide a useful optical isomer separating agent and optical isomer separation method having high optical resolution capacity for a wide range of racemates. |
