abstract |
A method for preparing specific cells of human-derived cells, said method comprising a step for transferring a human telomerase catalytic subunit (hTERT) gene, an SV40 small T antigen (SV40ST) gene and an Alu7 sequence-derived oligonucleotide into the human-derived cells. A gene transfer method for converting human-derived cells to specific cells, said method comprising integrating a human telomerase catalytic subunit (hTERT) gene, an SV40 small T antigen (SV40ST) gene and an Alu7 sequence-derived oligonucleotide into the same or different vectors and then transferring into the human-derived cells. The methods of the present invention are usable in inducing canceration of various normal human cells to elucidate the onset mechanism of cancer. Thus, these methods are effectively usable in searching for a new drug discovery target molecule. |
