titleOfInvention Glass frit
abstract Provided are: glass frit with a low melting point which does not comprise toxic substances such as lead, arsenic or tellurium; and an electrically conductive paste using the same. The present invention relates to glass frit which comprises (A) Ag 2 O, (B) V 2 O 5 and (C) at least one type of a first oxide selected from the group consisting of MoO 3 , ZnO, CuO, TiO 2 , Bi 2 O 3 , MnO 2 , MgO, Nb 2 O 5 , BaO and P 2 O 5 . The glass frit preferably comprises 40-70 mass% of component (A), 10-40 mass% of component (B) and 0.5-30 mass% of component (C) calculated as oxides with respect to the total mass. Further, the glass frit preferably has a mass ratio of component (A) to component (B) (Ag 2 O/V 2 O 5 ) of 1.8-3.2.
