titleOfInvention | Thermoelectric conversion material, thermoelectric conversion element, and article for thermoelectric power generation and sensor power source using same |
abstract | Provided are: a thermoelectric conversion element (1) that comprises a first electrode (13), a thermoelectric conversion layer (14), and a second electrode (15) on a substrate (12) and in which the thermoelectric conversion layer (14) contains a nano-conductive material and a polymer comprising at least a fluorene structure that is represented by formula (1A) or (1B) as a repeating structure; an article for thermoelectric power generation and a sensor power source that use the thermoelectric conversion element (1); and a thermoelectric conversion material comprising the polymer and the nano-conductive material. In formulas (1A) and (1B), R 11 and R 12 each independently represent a substituent. R 13 and R 14 each independently represent an aromatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic heterocyclic group, an alkyl group, or an alkoxy group. R 13 and R 14 may bond together to form a ring. n11 and n12b each independently represent an integer of 0-3, and n12 represents an integer of 0-2. L a represents a single bond, -N(Ra)-, or a linking group resulting from the combining of groups selected from the group consisting of a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, a divalent aromatic heterocyclic group, and -N(Ra)-. L b represents a single bond, a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, a divalent aromatic heterocyclic group, -N(Ra)-, or a linking group resulting from combining the aforementioned groups. Ra represents a substituent. X b represents a trivalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, a trivalent aromatic heterocyclic group, or >N-. * represents a bonding position. |
