abstract The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cleansing agent that is effective in removing eye makeup cosmetic preparations of the emulsion/emulsion resin composite type, eye makeup cosmetic preparations of the oil-based solvent type, and keratotic plugs of the skin. The problem is solved with an oil-based liquid cleansing composition prepared by compounding caprylyl caprylate and/or caprylyl caprate with an oil agent and a polyglycerin fatty acid ester.
