abstract Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for DL/UL resource configuration in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) system. The method may comprise: dividing a plurality of cells into disjoint clusters based on interference conditions among base stations of the plurality of cells; and performing, in each of at least one of the disjoint clusters, a cooperation DL/UL resource configuration on in-cluster cells included therein based on traffic conditions and performance metrics of the in-cluster cells, so as to determine respective DL/UL resource configurations for the in-cluster cells. With embodiments of the present disclosure, time domain resources may be utilized more efficiently and, additionally, it may be expected to achieve a better overall performance at a low cost.
