abstract Provided is a mold release film of polyester film furnished on one surface with a resin layer, wherein the mold release film is characterized in that the resin layer contains an acid-modified polyolefin resin in which the proportion of the acid-modified component is 1-10 mass%, a polyvinyl alcohol, and a crosslinking agent, the polyvinyl alcohol content being more than 200 weight parts, but no more than 1,000 mass parts, and the crosslinking agent content being 1-20 mass parts, per 100 mass parts of the acid-modified polyolefin resin, and the peel force of the resin layer and a rubber based adherend, when measured after bonding the adherend to the resin layer, is 0.5 N/cm or less.
