abstract A resin multilayer substrate (101) which is integrally formed by laminating and thermocompression bonding a plurality of resin layers (2) which have a thermoplastic resin as a main material, and each have a main surface (2a). The plurality of resin layers (2) include a resin layer (2) wherein a pattern member is disposed on the main surface (2a) thereof. Surfaces of at least some of the resin layers (2) from among the plurality of resin layers (2) have a coat layer (8) formed by a thermoplastic resin coating being applied to regions corresponding to regions in which the thickness is insufficient for the process of laminating and thermocompression bonding the plurality of resin layers (2) to form an entire laminated body. The pattern member is, for example, a conductive pattern (7).
