abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an A(C)IGS thin film using core (Se)-shell (Ag 2 Se) nanoparticles, to an A(C)IGS thin film manufactured using said method, and to a tandem solar battery including same, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a thin film densified by non-vacuum coating slurry using core (Se)-shell (Ag 2 Se)nanoparticles, to an A(C)IGS thin film manufactured using said method, and to a tandem solar battery including same. According to the present invention, an A(C)IGS thin film including Ag is manufactured by applying core (Se)-shell (Ag 2 Se)nanoparticles in a process of manufacturing a (C)IGS thin film, thereby providing a wide band gap A(C)IGS thin film.
