The present invention concerns a soluble tablet, which comprises : (a) cyclophosphamide, a hydrate form thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or any mixture thereof, in an amount ranging from 1 to 1 5 % by weight on a cyclophosphamide active weight basis, and (b) from 10% to 99 % by weight of a solubilising agent chosen from disaccharides, sugar alcohols that are solid at ambient temperature, and mixtures thereof. The tablets of the invention can be dispersed in water, and allow to administer cyclophosphamide in a safe and reliable manner. They are particularly suitable for treating paedriatric cancer. They can also be dissolved in saliva. |
