abstract | The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for obtaining the bandwidth information. The method comprises: detecting a Physical Bandwidth Channel PBWCH signal after a terminal detects a system synchronization signal, and the PBWCH signal, which is transmitted on a target location, is one of the L predetermined sequences, and the target location is one of the K predetermined locations, the K and L both being integers greater than 1; and obtaining the parameters of the PBWCH signal, and obtaining the system bandwidth information by looking up a correspondence table of the predetermined system bandwidth information and the PBWCH signal parameters on the basis of the PBWCH signal parameters, the PBWCH signal parameters comprising the target location and the predetermined sequence of the PBWCH signal. |
