titleOfInvention Bioenergy complex
abstract The invention relates to the field of bioenergy and specifically to devices and complexes for producing biogas by means of anaerobic methane fermentation of organic plant materials with the further use of biogas, namely methane, for the production of energy (heat, electricity), wherein the main raw material used is water hyacinth ( Eichhornia ). A bioenergy complex including a biopond and a gaseous biofuel production module comprised of a grinder, a homogenizer and a bioreactor, and supplemented by a pellet manufacturing module capable of operating in a mode for manufacturing pellets out of green mass grown in the biopond or a mode for manufacturing pellets out of biomass spent in the reactor, and comprising a pressure unit having the possibility of adjustably alternating the inlet connection between the grinder outlet and the outlet of a receiving vessel for spent biomass, a fitting for discharging liquid to the homogenizer of the gaseous biofuel production module or to the biopond, the solid fraction passing through a granulator to a packaging line for two types of pellets meant for warehousing. In the mode for manufacturing pellets out of green mass grown in the biopond, the outlet of the granulator can also be connected to a receiving hopper of the grinder of the gaseous biofuel production module. A bioreactor methane tank is in the form of a soft reservoir having a system of pipes for heating and connected by means of fittings to a hydraulic mixing system capable of circulating organic matter by means of a mixing pump. Such a solution provides for a more thorough degassing of organic matter, thus increasing biogas output and enhancing profitability of biogas installations during the production of electricity within a low power range of between 10 kWh and 500 kWh, while also expanding the functional capabilities of a complex since the present solution additionally provides for the production of granulated biofuel and marketable products made of spent biomass, which determines the mobility and guaranteed performance of the complex in any climatic conditions.
