Provided is a method that is for producing a metal-foil-clad laminate and that, even when using a prepreg obtained from a curable resin composition containing a relatively large amount of an inorganic filler, has a suppressed occurrence of voids and unevenness compared to conventional laminates. Also, provided is a metal-foil-clad laminate and a laminate having superior molding characteristics, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, a high glass transition temperature, and superior peeling strength of the metal foil. The method for producing a metal-foil-clad laminate has: (A) an adhesion step for obtaining a metal-foil-clad laminate by disposing at least one prepreg between metal foils in a manner so as to contact the metal surfaces, and laminating by means of applying heat and compression in an evacuated state; and (B) a laminate formation step for further performing heating and compression processing on the metal-foil-clad laminate. |
