abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for suppressing nonspecific signals generated by contaminants in a specimen being nonspecifically adsorbed to a sensor unit (primary antibody, solid phase layer, metal thin film, or the like) in surface plasmon-field enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy (SPFS) in an immunoassay using SPFS. The present invention is a method for suppressing nonspecific signals from contaminants in an immunoassay (including cases in which a receptor for a compound to be measured is used in place of a primary antibody) using SPFS, the method for suppressing nonspecific signals comprising carrying out at least one pretreatment among: (1) a pretreatment for adding acid or alkali to the specimen; (2) a pretreatment for adding metal ions to the specimen; and (3) a pretreatment for heating the specimen. |
