abstract | An infrared detecting device comprises a substrate and a thermal photo detecting element. The substrate has a concave portion and a frame portion located around the concave portion. The thermal photo detecting element has a leg portion and a detecting portion, and the leg portion is connected on the frame portion so that the detecting portion is located above the concave portion. Moreover, the thermal photo detecting element has a first electrode layer provided on the substrate, a detecting layer provided on the first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer provided on the detecting layer. The linear thermal expansion coefficient for the first electrode layer is greater than the linear thermal expansion coefficient for the substrate, and the linear thermal expansion coefficient for the substrate is greater than the linear thermal expansion coefficient for the detecting layer. |
