Molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles adapted to biological samples, and in particular pure biological samples, and a preparation method therefor. The degree of crosslinking of said molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles exceeds 50%, particle diameters range from 10 to 500 nanometers, and surfaces feature a hydrophilic polymer brush; synthesis in a single-step is by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) precipitation polymerization induced by a hydrophilic polymer chain transfer agent; the method of synthesis is simple, features a broad range of application and yields a pure product. The obtained hydrophilic molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles have prospects for a wide range of application in biological sample analysis, medical clinical immune analysis, food and environmental monitoring, biomimetic sensors, etc.. |
