abstract |
[Problem] To provide a curable organopolysiloxane anti-fouling composite coating obtained by, in place of one or two layers of an organopolysiloxane intermediate coating layer (Tie Coat), using a urethane resin corrosion-proof coating having excellent curing properties, and layering with an organopolysiloxane anti-fouling coating having excellent in-layer adhesion with the corrosion-proof coating and excellent anti-fouling properties, and also to provide an anti-fouling substrate coated with the composite coating. [Solution] An anti-fouling composite coating in which are laminated: (I) a urethane resin corrosion-proof coating formed from a corrosion-proof coating composition including an isocyanate curing agent and a main agent selected from the group consisting of polyols and glycidyl ethers and (II) an anti-fouling coating formed from a curable polysiloxane composition including specific components (a), (b) and (c). |
