abstract | Disclosed are a method and associated device for transmitting and receiving demodulation information in a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system. In the technical solution of the present invention, for at least four downlink aerial ports, 2 N kinds of scrambling code tagged values are respectively used to distinguish 2 N kinds of demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) scrambling code sequences on each of the downlink aerial ports, thus increasing the number of users supported by an MIMO system, and being capable of giving full play to the performance advantage of a multi-aerial system having more aerials. |
