A combined cooling, heat, and power system for a distributed internal combustion engine with complementing solar energy and alternative fuel, comprising an energy storage system (100) with complementing solar energy and alternative fuel reactions, a solar energy/fuel internal combustion engine power generation system (200), a solar energy/fuel flue gas residual heat absorption lithium bromide refrigeration system (300), a fume gas residual heat recycle reaction apparatus (15), an exhaust residual heat recycle heat exchanger (16), and a water jacket plate heat exchanger (17). Also disclosed is a method applying the combined cooling, heat, and power system for the distributed internal combustion engine with complementing solar energy and alternative fuel. The present invention implements conversion of solar energy to fuel chemical energy by means of complementing solar energy and alternative fuel, thus allowing for the storage of phototransformed synthetic gas fuel, and for coupling with an internal combustion engine cooling, heat, and power cogeneration system, implementing multifunction goals of cooling, heat, and power cogeneration of reduced costs and high efficiency. |
