abstract The invention is related to a foot heater (1) which operates when a pressure is applied on the upper surface, can also be operated by means of using the remote control (16) or pushing the On/Off button (23) disposed thereon, comprises power setting, switches on and shuts down by itself, is used generally as foot or environment heaters as well when required, enables both security and electricity saving by controlling the operation of the foot heater (1) continuously by means of the electronic circuit (9), comprises a heating coil (6), has an excessive heat protection thermostat (11) switching off in the event of excessive heating, comprises a body (2) directing the heated air through the discharge channels (21) by means of the fan (7) apart from heating of the upper surface.
