The invention relates to an intraosseous screw (1) comprising at least one external thread (2), a receiving element (6) extending into and parallel to the external thread (2), and connecting means connecting the individual screw threads (4) of the external thread (2). The or each external thread (2) has capillary through-channels that pass through the screw so as to end in the receiving element (6). Said connecting means define a plurality of through-openings (12). The receiving element (6) is shaped so as to be able to receive a cylindrical bone portion once the intraosseous screw (1) has been screwed into the bone. |
