Disclosed in the present application are a cell identification method and device, and a urine analyzer. The cell identification method comprises the following steps: an image acquisition step, for acquiring an original image; a defocusing interference removal step, for transforming the original image to the frequency domain, acquiring image high-frequency information by means of a first filter, acquiring image edge information by means of a second filter, and performing an inverse transformation to the time domain and extracting image energy, so as to obtain a denoised image comprising only high-frequency edges. |
