This cool-feeling fabric is characterized in that titanium oxide having ultrafine particles with a particle size of 150 to 200 nm, and reflecting electromagnetic waves in the ultraviolet wavelength region, and titanium oxide having fine particles with a particle size of 1 to 5 μm, and reflecting electromagnetic waves in the infrared region, are fixed to the fabric using a resin binder. |
