abstract Provided are recycled headlights and the like in which the light transmittance, transparency, and luster of an aging polycarbonate resin headlight and the like are restored and which have a high level of durability. Also provided are new headlights and the like in which a polycarbonate resin lens does not age over a long period of time.nAfter reinforced plastic and other surface layers remaining on a lens (5) surface and degraded parts of a lens main body (5a) are removed by polishing, a film (5b) of transparent urethane binding resin is provided to form a headlamp (1). When yellowing remains on the lens main body (5a), a dark purple mixed urethane coating into which a dark purple mixed pigment is mixed is applied, and the film (5b) of urethane binding resin is provided to form the headlamp (1). Furthermore, a film (5b) of transparent urethane binding resin is provided on the surface of the lens to form a new headlamp.
