abstract |
Disclosed are a gene vector system of a reduction-sensitive shielding system having a targeting function, preparation method and uses thereof in the field of gene therapy. The gene vector system consists of a reduction-sensitive shielding system having a targeting function, a cationic macromolecular material and plasmid DNA; the cationic macromolecular material and the plasmid DNA are compounded to form composite particles; the reduction-sensitive shielding system having the targeting function shields the composite surface through electrostatic interaction, can reduce vector toxicity and successfully transfer the conveyed genetic material into cells, so as to realize genetic material expression and complete a transfection process, and can improve both gene transfection targeting property and gene transfection efficiency. |
