abstract |
The present invention provides a non-cyanide electrolytic gold plating solution which makes it possible to form a plating film capable of keeping hardness thereof at a high level even when the plating film is subjected to a heat treatment. The present invention is a non-cyanide electrolytic gold plating solution which comprises a gold source comprising an alkali gold sulfite or ammonium gold sulfite and a conductive salt comprising a sulfite and a sulfate, said non-cyanide electrolytic gold plating solution being characterized by containing a salt of at least one element selected from iridium, ruthenium and rhodium in an amount of 1 to 3000 mg/L in terms of a metal concentration. It is preferred that the non-cyanide electrolytic gold plating solution contains a crystal-adjusting agent, and the crystal-adjusting agent is particularly preferably thallium. |
