A compound represented by general formula (1) [in the formula, ring A shows a thiazolyl group, pyridyl group, pyrazyl group, or pyrazolyl group, L shows -(CO)-, -(CS)-, or -SO 2 -, R 1 shows a C 1-6 alkyl group, hydroxy C 1-6 alkyl group, C 1-6 alkoxy group, amino group, C 1-6 alkylamino group, hydroxyamino group, N-C 1-6 alkylcarbamoyl group, or group represented by general formula (2); here, R 3 shows a C 1-6 alkyl group, R 2 shows a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, C 1-6 alkyl group, C 1-6 alkoxy group, or carboxyl group] or a salt thereof or a solvate of these.
