titleOfInvention Data scheduling method and apparatus
abstract Disclosed are a data scheduling method and apparatus. The method comprises: a base station determining, according to a copying and sending instruction and/or a preset policy of the base station, that data is copied and sent by using multiple HARQ entities, the copying and sending instruction being used for indicating whether the data is copied and sent by using the multiple HARQ entities; and the base station copying and sending the data by using the multiple HARQ entities. By means of the preset invention, data, especially crucial data, can be sent repeatedly by using multiple HARQ entities, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of data transmission.
