titleOfInvention Deuterium depleted water and/or deuterium-depleted organic compound for the treatment of hypertension
abstract The main subject of the invention is a pharmaceutical composition comprising deuterium depleted water (DDW) and/or deuterium-depleted organic compound (DDOC) for use as hypertensive agent, wherein the D-content of the DDW or DDOC is 0.01 to 135ppm, and optionally the composition comprises auxiliary materials and optionally the composition comprises other known antihypertensive agent. Another important subject of the invention is an aqueous pharmaceutical composition for use as antihypertensive agent, where the aqueous component of the composition is deuterium depleted water (DDW), wherein the D-content of the DDW is 0.01 to 135 ppm.
