Provided is a foam sheet provided with flexibility and cushioning properties, and having electrostatic dissipative properties. A foam sheet having an apparent density of 15-150 kg/m 3 obtained by laminating and bonding, on one or both sides of a foam layer having as a base material resin a polyethylene-based resin including low-density polyethylene, an antistatic layer including a polymer-type antistatic agent and having as a base material resin a polyethylene-based resin including low-density polyethylene, wherein the melting point of the polymer-type antistatic agent is 125-140°C, the ratio of the partial heat of fusion of a portion at or above the melting point with respect to the total heat of fusion of the polymer-type antistatic agent is 40% or less, the blended amount of the polymer-type antistatic agent is 45-300 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyethylene-based resin, the basis weight of the antistatic layer is 1-50 g/m 2 , and the initial charge voltage when 10 kV is applied to a surface of the antistatic layer for 30 seconds is 50 V or less. |
