abstract Provided is a method for preparing Vicagrel, wherein Vicagrel is synthesized based on the preparation of methyl (2S)-2-(2-oxy-7,7a-dihydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine-5(2H,4H,6H)-yl)-2-(2-nchlorphenyl)-acetate using the method of chiral resolution. The method has low cost, is a product of high chemical purity and optical purity, is easy to operate and is suitable for industrial production. Also provided is a method for preparing Vicagrel of high optical purity from Vicagrel of low optical purity.
