abstract Disclosed are modified staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB), polynucleotides coding for same, and a vector and a host cell comprising the same. Also disclosed are modified SEB or wild-type SEB, fusion proteins of target-specific polypeptides fused with the modified SEB or wild-type SEB, and a use of the modified SEB or wild-type SEB as a disease treatment agent. The SEB mutant and the fusion protein comprising same disclosed in the present invention are produced to recognize a specific cell and induce death of specific cells such as cancer through the activation of an immune system, and therefore, can be valuably used in treating diseases.
