abstract | The invention relates to a dual-hardening, solvent-free one-component composition for use for the adhesive bonding, embedding, sealing and coating of substrates, in particular electronic components. The composition consists of (A) from 30 to 60% by weight of an at least bifunctional epoxide-containing compound, (B) from 5 to 35% by weight of a hybrid compound which bears at least one isocyanate group and at the same time at least one free-radically polymerizable group, (C) from 5 to 40% by weight of a latent hardener based on nitrogen compounds which are suitable for the addition crosslinking of the epoxide-containing compound, (D) from 0.2 to 5% by weight of a photoinitiator capable of forming free radicals on irradiation with light, in each case based on the total weight of the components (A) to (D); and also, optionally, (E) from 0 to 80% by weight of modifiers selected from at least one of the groups of fillers, dyes, pigments, stabilizers, moisture-binding agents, accelerators, flow improvers, wetting agents, thixotropes, diluents and polymeric thickeners, in each case based on the total weight of the composition. The composition is characterized in that it is surface-dry as a result of free-radical photopolymerisation after curing by means of light. |
