abstract The invention relates to a flexible guide means (8) for use in the negative pressure therapy of wounds, having at least two lumen (22, 24; 26, 28) which can be charged with negative pressure and/or fluid media, wherein the guide means (8) has a section facing the wound (14) and a section facing away from the wound (16) which can be connected to one another via quick coupling elements (18, 20), which are provided on the respective section (16, 18) and have male and/or female connection parts each with at least two opening connection lumens, wherein locking means (40) are provided for locking and releasing the opening connection lumens of the connection parts. The locking means (40) have a base body (44) with two pin-shaped and/or sleeve-forming locking pieces (50) attached to the base body for locking the connection lumens and are connected to the guide means (8) via a connecting element (46) and undetachably held thereupon.
