Provided in the present invention is an abrasion resistant steel plate, having the following chemical composition (weight%): C: 0.08 - 0.21%, Si: 0.15 - 0.45%, Mn: 1.10 - 1.80%, Ρ ≤ 0.015%, S ≤ 0.010%, Nb: 0.010 - 0.040%, Al: 0.010 - 0.080%, B: 0.0006 - 0.0014%, Ti: 0.005 - 0.050%, Ca: 0.0010 - 0.0080%, V ≤ 0.080%, Cr ≤ 0.60%, N ≤ 0.0080%, O ≤ 0.0060%, and H: ≤ 0.0004%, with 0.025% ≤ Nb + Ti ≤ 0.080%, 0.030% ≤ Al + Ti ≤ 0.12%, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. A process for manufacturing the abrasion resistant steel plate comprises steps such as smelting, casting, rolling and direct cooling after rolling. The abrasion resistant steel plate obtained by the above components and process has a good weldability, a high strength and hardness, a good low temperature toughness, and an excellent machining performance, and is suitable for devices in engineering machinery and mining machinery susceptible to wear, such as a scraper bucket, a carriage for mining vehicles, a scraping transporter, etc. |
