titleOfInvention Method and system for determining biomarker in abnormal state
abstract Provided in the present invention are a method and a system for determining a biomarker in an abnormal state. The method and system for determining a biomarker in an abnormal state comprise: sequencing the nucleic acids of a nucleic acid sample from a first object and a nucleic acid sample from a second object to obtain a first sequencing result and a second sequencing result respectively consisting of multiple sequences, wherein the first object is in the abnormal state and the second object is not in the abnormal state, the nucleic acid sample from the first object and the nucleic acid sample from the second object are separated from samples of the same type, and the first object and the second object belong to the same species; and determining the biomarker associated with the abnormal state based on the difference between the first sequencing result and the second sequencing result.
