abstract Disclosed is an industrial production method for a high-activity borane compound, comprising: 1) boron trifluoride diethyl ether reacting with borohydride in an ether solvent, to form borane and reactor waste; 2) dissolving the borane in a first solvent, to form a borane complex available for commercial use; or after dissolving the borane in a second solvent, adding a hydroxyl compound or an olefin compound for reaction, to form senior borane compound solution; and 3) adding a quencher to the reactor waste of step 1), to form treatment solution. The present invention is applicable to industrialized mass production, solves the technical problem that production waste of the high-activity borane compound is poisonous and dangerous, and therefore is difficult to be treated, and also is simple in operation, low in costs, safe in production, and environmentally-friendly.
