The present invention addresses the problem of providing an LED device, which has less deterioration of a reflecting layer for reflecting output light from an LED element, and the like, and which is capable of efficiently taking out light over a long period of time, and a method for manufacturing the LED device.nIn order to solve the problem, the present invention relates to an LED device having a substrate, and an LED element, which is mounted on the substrate, and which outputs light having a specific wavelength. On the substrate surface, excluding the LED element-mounted region, the device has a reflecting layer that contains light diffusing particles formed of inorganic particles, and a ceramic binder. |
