A butadiene catalyst for a fluidized bed reactor prepared by oxidizing and dehydrogenating butylene, and preparation method and use thereof, the method comprising: reacting a metal precursor with an alkaline substance to obtain a pulp containing an insoluble compound, filtering and washing; adding a bonding agent and deionized water, stirring, and adjusting the solid content in the pulp to be 10%-50%; and then spray-drying for granulation, controlling the temperature at the feed port to be 200-400 ℃ and the temperature at the discharge port to be 100-160 ℃ to obtain catalyst microspheres, then drying for 1-24 h at 80-200 ℃, and baking for 4-24 h at 500-900 ℃ to obtain the catalyst as represented by general formula FeXaYbZcOd containing Fe, Mg, Zn, Bi, Mo, Mn, Ni, Co, Ba, Ca and other metals. The prepared catalyst has high particle liquidity, appropriate particle diameter distribution and very high mechanical strength and catalytic activity, and is suitable for industrialized preparation of butadiene by oxidizing and dehydrogenating butylene on a fluidized bed. The catalyst is used to prepare the butadiene by oxidizing and dehydrogenating butylenes, with 76%-86% butadiene yield and 94%-97% butadiene selectivity. |
