Sintered spherical BN particles that are secondary particles formed of aggregated primary BN particles, wherein the ratio of particles having a concave part on the surface is 50% by number or greater and the compressive strength is 0.1-100 MPa. Thus, sintered spherical BN particles with concave part, which have not only excellent heat dissipation and high adhesiveness but also high compressive strength and, therefore, have small fluctuation of the heat dissipation and show no conductor failure caused by copper foil peeling when used as a filler for a composite material to be used in a polymer material, can be obtained. |
