titleOfInvention Method for preparing efavirenz crystal i
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing Efavirenz crystal I. In particular, the method disclosed in the present invention comprises the steps of: dissolving Efavirenz into an organic solvent or a mixed solvent of an organic solvent and an anti-solvent, and then crystallizing by controlling the temperature of the solution obtained to an appropriate temperature, so as to obtain the Efavirenz crystals I. The method is easy to operate; the Efavirenz crystal I prepared is stable; and the purity of the crystal form can reach above 99%.
