abstract Disclosed is a method for determining a serving grant value, comprising: obtaining a first serving grant value from a base station; and at a transmission moment of an uplink enhanced dedicated channel corresponding to the first serving grant value, calculating and obtaining a second serving grant value of the current moment on the basis of the first serving grant value. Further disclosed is a terminal used for determining serving grant information. By means of the present invention, at the transmission moment of the uplink enhanced dedicated channel corresponding to a serving grant value, by recalculating the serving grant value, a serving grant more matched with the current channel condition is obtained, thereby obtaining a higher transmission efficiency, and improving the user transmission rate.
