abstract Provided is a light transmitting substrate with infrared light reflecting function, which is provided with: a light transmitting substrate layer that is arranged so as to separate the interior from the exterior; and an infrared light reflecting functional layer that is laminated on the interior-side surface of the light transmitting substrate layer. The light transmitting substrate layer has a solar absorptance of 30% or more. The infrared light reflecting functional layer comprises a reflective layer for reflecting infrared light and a protective layer that is laminated on the interior-side surface of the reflective layer. The normal emittance of the protective layer-side surface of the infrared light reflecting functional layer is 0.50 or less.
