This diagnostic imaging device is provided with a positioning image acquisition unit which acquires positioning images of a subject, a load distribution estimation unit which, from the acquired positioning images, estimates the load distribution of the subject, a top plate deflection estimation unit which, from the estimated load distribution, estimates the deflection of the top plate where the subject is placed, and an alignment unit which, on the basis of the estimated top plate deflection, performs alignment for each of the images captured of the subject. |
