abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder composition for polymer cement, having a balance of excellent re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder blocking resistance and excellent strength, elasticity, and fluidity after the cement is mixed; and a polymer cement mortar formed using same. Provided is a re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder composition for polymer cement which contains a re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder (A) and at least two types of inorganic microparticles (B). The re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder (A) includes a synthetic resin having a glass transition temperature of less than -20°C and the total content of the at least two types of inorganic microparticles (B) is 7-40 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder (A). At least one type of inorganic microparticles (B) out of the at least two types of inorganic microparticles (B) contains silicon and the silicon content relative to the total volume of the at least two types of inorganic microparticles (B) is 0.1-40 wt%. Also provided is a polymer cement mortar formed using the re-emulsifiable synthetic resin powder composition for polymer cement.
